Commercial Property Lawyer
 Cambridge | Full Time | Competitive Salary + Benefits

Our client, a long-established and highly respected law firm in Cambridge, is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join its thriving and growing Commercial Property team.

With a reputation for delivering exceptional legal advice to both private and commercial clients, the firm has built a loyal and prestigious client base that includes high-net-worth individuals, Cambridge colleges, developers and corporate occupiers. The Role

As part of a busy and successful Commercial Property department, you will advise on a broad range of matters, including:

General commercial property transactions
Landlord and tenant matters
Conditional and unconditional acquisitions and disposals
Secured lending transactions
Corporate support work
Residential and commercial development projects
The team enjoys long-standing relationships with clients and professional advisers, offering the opportunity to work on high-quality matters while building trusted client partnerships. 

About You

You will possess:

Strong technical expertise in commercial property law
