Commercial Property Solicitor - Rochdale - £35,000 to £55,000 DOE
Are you a qualified solicitor with commercial property experience and an interest in corporate law? Ready to make your mark in a growing and reputable firm?
Equation Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of an employer seeking an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join their established Commercial Department based in Rochdale. If you're confident advising on sales, leases, and refinancing - and ideally bring corporate transaction experience - this could be your next career move.
What you'll do:
Advise on leases, landlord & tenant matters, sales, purchases, and refinancing
Handle a full caseload of commercial property transactions
Get involved in business sales, restructures, and partnership agreements (if experienced)
Build long-term relationships with clients and take ownership of deals
Collaborate with a supportive team that values your input and developmentWhat you'll need:
Qualified Solicitor with 2-5 years' PQE
Solid background in commercial property law
Ideally some corporate law exposure
IT-literate with strong communication skills and attention to detailWhat you'll get:
£35,000 - £55,000 salary DOE
25 days holiday + bank holidays
