Commercial Property Solicitor
Bedford, Bedfordshire – Hybrid Working Options Available (2 days WFH)
Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum plus Bonus
Are you an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor seeking a fresh challenge with an established and progressive law firm?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and reputable firm offering a varied caseload and the chance to work on high-quality commercial property matters, both regional and nationally.
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will handle a wide range of transactions, including:
Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
Drafting, negotiating, and renewing leases for both landlords and tenants
Lease extensions
Right to Buy and Right to Acquire matters
Agricultural land and property development cases
We’re looking for a confident and capable Commercial Property Solicitor who can demonstrate:
Solid post-qualification experience (2 years minimum PQE) in commercial property law
A strong ability to manage a caseload independently
Excellent drafting skills and up-to-date technical knowledge
Outstanding communication and client care skills
Strong organisational abilities, able to meet deadlines under pressure
A proactive, commercial mindset with an interest in business development
