Commercial Property Solicitor Devon | £40,000 – £50,000 | NQ – 3 Years PQE
An established and well-respected law firm in Devon is seeking a motivated and commercially minded Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Newly Qualified to 3-year PQE solicitor looking to build their career with a supportive local firm that handles high-quality work across the region.
The Role:
You’ll be involved in a broad range of commercial property matters including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, leases, and development work. You'll have access to excellent mentorship and real opportunities to progress.
What We're Looking For:
* NQ to 3 years PQE in commercial property
* Solid training and grounding in property work (seat experience considered)
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* A desire to grow and develop within a collaborative environment
