This role is ideal for a motivated and confident Commercial Property Solicitor with experience across a broad range of property transactions.
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will manage your own caseload of commercial real estate matters and support senior colleagues on complex deals. This includes acting on sales and acquisitions of freehold and leasehold property, commercial leases, property finance, development work, and planning agreements. You will advise on easements, covenants, and title matters, delivering high-quality, commercially aware legal advice to a varied client base.
