Commercial Property Solicitor / Fee Earner
📍 Coventry Office
🕒 Full-time | Permanent
🚗 Driving licence & own transport preferred
I'm working alongside a long-standing regional law firm who are looking to bring an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Fee Earner into their busy team based in Coventry.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid background in commercial property work who’s looking to join a supportive and stable firm. The team is well-established, the workload is consistent, and there’s room to develop further in the role.
🔍 The Role:
You’ll be managing a broad range of commercial property matters, including:
* Sales and acquisitions of commercial property
* Business lease renewals and lease negotiation
* Drafting and reviewing contracts
* Commercial leases and landlord/tenant matters
* Some involvement in dispute resolution and related advisory work
You’ll be given autonomy over your own caseload, while also having access to internal support and training on the firm’s systems and processes.
✅ What They’re Looking For:
* At least 2 years’ experience in commercial property as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
* Confident managing your own caseload from start to finish
* A solid understanding of property law and the commercial landscape
* Comfortable with client contact and delivering excellent client care
* Interest in business development and building long-term client relationships
* Good working knowledge of case management systems and Microsoft Office (training on internal systems provided)
* A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is preferred due to the office location
