Job Title: Commercial Property Paralegal
Location: Glasgow
Salary: up to 28k (DOE)
At Simpson Judge, we're currently working with a well established Scottish law firm with a strong reputation for client care and legal excellence. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Property Paralegal to join their growing team.
About the Role:
As a Commercial Property Paralegal, you will work closely with solicitors to support a wide range of commercial real estate transactions. You will play an essential role in delivering high-quality service to the clients, including property investors, developers, landlords, and business owners.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with the acquisition, disposal, and leasing of commercial property
Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, and other legal documentation
Conducting title checks and property searches
Preparing Land Registry and Registers of Scotland applications
Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors
Managing files from instruction to post-completion
Ensuring compliance with internal processes and legal requirementsAbout You:
Previous experience as a paralegal in commercial property law (desirable)
Strong understanding of Scottish property law and Registers of Scotland systems
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
