Job Description
A Commercial Real Estate Solicitor of 3 years + PQE is required for this top legal 500 law firm who have a large international reach, to be based in their offices on a hybrid working arrangement in Central London.
Commercial Real Estate Solicitor experience to include:
Sales, acquisitions, leases (acting for landlords and tenants), refinancing, and development transactions
Have a track record of delivering an excellent service to clients and growing a caseload as well as a team
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, leases and other property related documents
Advising clients ranging from SMEs to high-net-worth individuals
Have drive, enthusiasm and actively participate in business development and marketing to grow the team’s client base and reputation
Be able to mentor and coach more junior lawyers to assist in their career progression
Have strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage complex transactions independently

Have a robust background in Commercial Property law
Have 3 years post-qualification experience (PQE) or more within the field of commercial property
