About the Role

We are seeking a Commercial Sales Estimator to join a busy team in Portsmouth. You will prepare accurate quotations for commercial projects, working with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely, competitive, and technically correct proposals. The role requires experience with Aluminium and uPVC windows and doors, strong technical knowledge, and a commercial mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  * Produce detailed quotations for commercial Aluminium and uPVC window and door projects.

  * Interpret client specifications, technical drawings, and site information.

  * Liaise with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and confirm lead times.

  * Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

  * Maintain accurate records of estimates and client communications.

  * Suggest value engineering solutions to improve efficiency and profitability.

Key Skills & Experience

  * Proven experience as a Commercial Sales Estimator in windows, doors, or fenestration.

  * Technical knowledge of Aluminium and uPVC window and door systems.

  * Ability to interpret drawings, plans, and specifications accurately.

  * Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

  * Strong communication skills for liaising with clients and suppliers.

  * Experience with industry software such as Logikal is an advantage.
