Job Description

Noodle Talent Partners are working closely with an award-winning manufacturer in Norfolk, recruiting for the position of Commercial Sales Manager to lead a successful sales team and develop key relationships to deliver increased revenue growth for the business.
Permanent, full time position based in Norwich, with some travel to see clients and sites across the South East.
This is an exciting opportunity that will evolve around the right individual, working closely with the Director/Exec on the commercial strategy to shape and grow the sales function, collaborating with marketing on cross-functional activities and building a high performing team.
Responsibilities
  * Lead the existing sales team through a hands-on approach leading by example, motivating and coaching to deliver the best performance and customer excellence whilst maximising all sales opportunities in line with targets
  * Manage a CRM system for accurate sales data, planning, forecasting and reporting, delivering insights, data-led sales strategy and informed decision making
  * Proactively manage relationships with existing contacts and clients to secure repeat business whilst developing new relationships to win new projects
  * Attend industry exhibitions and trade events to ensure brand visibility and key presence in the sector, promoting speicalist and high-end products as the provider of choice for the market
  * Management reporting and meetings for a collaborative and close working relationship, ensuring continual performance and development
  * Identify growth opportunities through market research, networking and client communication
What are we looking for?
  * Existing Sales Management/Leadership experience, developing teams to perform and deliver against revenue targets
  * Sound commercial awareness and business acumen
  * Proactive nature with proven ability developing business and growing revenue
  * A background within the construction or glazing sector
  * Focus on exceptional client relations to ensure positive interactions and experience for customers, promoting quality and trust
