You'll be a vital part of our Sales Operations team, working closely with both internal and external sales groups. Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing Quotations: Generate accurate quotes and sales orders for our products.
Order Processing: Ensure smooth and efficient order processing and invoicing.
Communication Management: Handle incoming and outgoing communications professionally with a diverse range of clients, including partners and contractors.
CRM Maintenance: Maintain updated customer records and interactions in our CRM system for data integrity.
Customer Enquiries: Provide timely and accurate responses to customer queries, escalating issues as necessary.
Process Improvement: Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements for enhanced customer excellence.
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking candidates with:
Education: A level education (or equivalent) is essential; a degree is desirable.
Experience: Previous office-based experience in the construction industry is advantageous.Skills:
- Customer-first mindset
- Strong communication and networking abilities
- Resilience to challenges and adaptability in a dynamic environment
- Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
