Develop and implement procurement strategies in line with organisational goals.
Ensure compliance with PCR2015 and PA23 regulations in all procurement activities.
Manage supplier relationships to maintain high levels of service and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with internal departments to understand and fulfil procurement needs.
Monitor and report on procurement performance and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Support contract negotiations to achieve favourable terms and conditions.
Provide guidance on procurement policies and procedures across the organisation.Profile
A successful Commercial Services Business Partner should have:
Professional qualification such as CIPS, MCIPS or equivalent experience.
Proven knowledge of PCR2015 and PA23 regulations.
Experience in procurement and supply chain management within the insurance industry.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
Proficiency in using procurement and supply chain management tools.
