Location: Cheltenham Area
Salary - £50,000 - £60,000 + Bonus/Benefits
About the Company
We are partnered with a leading name in commercial solar PV, known for delivering high-quality rooftop installations that help businesses cut costs and carbon emissions. As they expand their offering into Operations & Maintenance (O&M), we’re seeking a Customer Operations Lead to lead customer aftercare and develop this new business area.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of post-installation customer satisfaction, resolving technical issues efficiently and improving processes across installation, sales, and supply chains. This is a hands-on, technical position with the opportunity to build a profitable O&M service from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage post-installation customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
* Monitor and improve quality across installation and aftercare processes.
* Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to prevent repeat issues.
* Develop and launch the company’s O&M service, reaching cost-neutral operation within 12 months and profitability within 24.
About You
* 3+ years’ experience in commercial solar PV.
* Strong technical problem-solving and organisational skills.
* Excellent communicator with commercial awareness.
* Experience in O&M or team leadership is an advantage.
