Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 3 years’ PQE in commercial law
Strong technical knowledge of commercial contracts and business law
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
High level of commercial awareness and ability to understand clients’ needs
A proactive, collaborative, and organised approach to your work
What will your role look like?
Advising clients on a broad range of commercial matters, including contracts, business transactions, and compliance
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements
Providing clear, pragmatic, and business-focused legal advice
Supporting clients with dispute resolution and risk management
