Commercial Solicitor - Doncaster
Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience)
Location: Doncaster- hybrid working
We are looking for a talented and motivated Commercial Solicitor to join a growing legal team in Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of commercial matters for a wide range of clients, with a supportive and progressive employer offering excellent benefits.
About the Role
Advising clients on a full range of commercial contracts and agreements
Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a variety of commercial documents (including supply agreements, distribution, outsourcing, data protection, and IP-related contracts)
Supporting clients across multiple sectors, including SMEs and larger organisations
Providing strategic advice and building strong client relationships
Working collaboratively with colleagues and contributing to the development of the commercial team
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
A qualified solicitor (NQ+ considered) with experience in commercial law
Confident drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and providing pragmatic, business-focused advice
A strong communicator with excellent client-facing skills
Able to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
