Commercial Vehicle Sales Advisor
£18,500 Basic Salary | £45,000 Average Earnings | Uncapped Commission + Company Vehicle
Swindon
Permanent | Full Time | 42.5 Hours Per Week
Our client, a successful commercial vehicle dealership in Swindon, is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Commercial Vehicle Sales Advisor to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career within commercial vehicle sales. Previous automotive experience is not essential – full training and ongoing support will be provided.
You'll be responsible for managing both face-to-face and digital enquiries, guiding customers through the purchasing process and maximising sales opportunities while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
  * Manage inbound and outbound enquiries via telephone, email and digital channels.
  * Meet individual and team-based sales targets.
  * Build strong relationships with customers and understand their requirements.
  * Guide customers through the complete vehicle purchasing process.
  * Discuss finance, warranties, accessories and additional products.
  * Maintain accurate customer records and follow the sales process.
  * Deliver an excellent customer experience from initial enquiry through to handover.
  * Maximise every sales opportunity through effective questioning and consultative selling.
  * Ensure all finance and insurance sales comply with relevant regulations.
  * Work closely with the wider sales team to achieve departmental targets.
You'll need to demonstrate:
  * Previous selling and influencing skills.
  * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  * A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  * Strong motivation to achieve targets and earn uncapped commission.
  * Ability to follow processes and procedures.
  * A positive, proactive and enthusiastic approach.
  * Willingness to learn and develop within the commercial vehicle industry.
  * Full UK Driving Licence.
