You’ll play a key role at the heart of the service operation—connecting with loyal customers, working with a supportive team, and helping keep businesses moving.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Acting as the first point of contact for customers—friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.
* Booking in vehicles, raising job cards, and preparing accurate quotes.
* Advising customers on repair options and keeping them updated throughout the process.
* Registering new vehicles and ensuring all tax and invoicing paperwork is correct.
* Sourcing unavailable parts and working with suppliers and internal teams.
* Keeping the service reception running smoothly with clear, professional communication.
* Working within health & safety and dealership standards at all times.
What’s On Offer:
* £30,000–£32,000 base salary + paid overtime (up to £34k total package).
* Up to £2000 Bonus per year!
* Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:30pm 1 in 2 Saturdays, 8:00am – 12:00pm.
* Paid OT for 1 in 2 Saturday mornings (4 hrs).
* 22 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays.

What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Parts Advisor (ideally commercial vehicle background)
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Strong administrative abilities and confident PC use
* Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
* Knowledge of vehicle service/aftersales processes is highly desirable
