Job Description
Commercial Workshop Manager required for Automotive Commercial Business in the Lichfield area.
The Salary being offered to the successful Commercial Workshop Manager is £53,000 OTE with the working hours of Monday to Friday, no weekend work!

33 days holiday per year (25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays), with the option to buy up to 4 extra days

Allocating work to the technicians within the Workshop
Ensuring all associated administration is completed to a very high standard
Maintaining High Levels of Customer Satisfaction
Supervising the team of Vehicle Technicians
Complying with Health and Safety regulations and ensuring the Workshop is a safe place to work
Looking After the Repair Centre Site. Requirements:
Have a previous working experience within a Commercial Workshop Manager / Site Manager role
Strong technical background in HGV repairs required
Strong Leadership skills
A full and valid UK Driving Licence
