Job Description
Key Recruitment have a new opportunity for a Commis Chef to join an award-winning 2 AA Rosette restaurant, based in a 4* hotel in Chichester.
£25,604.80
5 out of 7 days including evenings and weekends
Your role will include, but will not be limited to:
* To monitor food stocks and stock movement
* To learn and record skills and recipes from other members of the team
* To follow cleaning schedules for the kitchen and clean your section and other areas as directed
* To accept and store deliveries as and when required
What you'll need:
* A foundation food hygiene certificate or equivalent
* Experience in a 2 AA Rosette restaurant – or the drive to work towards it
* Passion for what you do
* Attention to detail
* Ability to prioritise, organise and multi-task
* Take responsibility for yourself
* Confident to make decisions and to stand by them
* Strong customer service skills
* Your own transport - unfortunately, not close to transport links!
