Are you an enthusiastic Commis Chef looking to develop your culinary skills in a stunning location? Join our client’s welcoming team nestled in the beautiful Cotswold countryside, close to Oxford and iconic landmarks like Blenheim Palace. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a busy, supportive kitchen where you’ll assist the Head Chef, Sous Chef, and Chef de Parties in delivering exceptional meals every day.
Whether you enjoy working by the roaring fire in the cozy bar or serving guests in the garden during sunny days, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to great food and hospitality.

The Perks:
* Competitive salary £28,571 - £31,590 plus TRONC £4,000 - £5,000 (approx. £660 - £720 per week)
* 45 hours per week, 4 days on, 3 days off
* Overtime paid at enhanced rates

What You’ll Bring:
* Experience as a Commis Chef or similar in a busy kitchen
* Strong attention to cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation
* Thorough knowledge of health & safety, COSHH and HACCP regulations
* Passion for fresh food and creativity in the kitchen
* Ideally a local driver or with reliable transport
