💰 Salary: £22,858 - £26,707 pro rata

Blue Arrow is recruiting Commis Chefs to join a passionate catering team in Reading - where fresh food, teamwork, and training come together.

🧑🍳 What you'll be doing:
* 🔪 Assisting with food prep and cooking under supervision
* 📋 Learning HACCP and food safety procedures
* 🧾 Supporting stock control and kitchen organisation
* 👥 Working alongside experienced chefs in a large brigade
* 🧠 Developing your skills and confidence in a busy kitchen

🎓 What you'll need:
* 🎓 NVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery (or working towards it)
* ✅ Level 2 Food Safety
* 💬 Willingness to learn and grow
* 💪 Positive attitude and team spirit

Typical shifts include:
🕖 7am-2:30pm | 🕗 8am-2:45pm | 🕐 1pm-9pm | 🕝 2:15pm-10pm
