Hours: Full-time, 35–40 hours per week (year-round employment)

About the Role
Our client are looking for a motivated Commis Chef to join their dynamic culinary team in a luxury hotel environment. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring chefs to develop their skills and progress through our kitchens, gaining experience across seven distinct restaurants.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of ingredients and basic dishes under supervision.

Support senior chefs in the smooth running of the kitchen.
*
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
*
Follow recipes, portion controls, and hygiene standards accurately.
*
Be willing to learn and rotate through different kitchen sections for exposure and skill development.
Candidate Requirements
*
Adequate English skills to follow instructions and communicate effectively.
*
Culinary degree is preferred but not essential.
*
Previous experience in luxury hotels or fine dining is advantageous but not required.
*
Enthusiastic, reliable, and keen to develop as a professional chef.

Flexible and able to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
