Job Description

Commissioning Engineer - AWE Burghfield
Full-time site based
£500-£600/day Umbrella (Inside IR35, all-in)
ASAP - Sept 2026
SC preferred / must be eligible

We're recruiting Mechanical & Electrical Commissioning Engineers for a major project at
 AWE Burghfield.

Role will involve commissioning of building services and facility systems within a nuclear environment, including FAT support and system testing.

Scope includes:

HVAC / ventilation
Fire alarm
CCTV / security systems
Lighting & power
Mechanical / electrical plant
FAT / SAT / functional testing

Requirements:

Nuclear site experience essential
Commissioning experience on large / regulated projects
FAT / SAT / test pack experience
Building services / M&E background
CSCS required
SC clearance preferred
Full-time on site (occasional weekends optional)
Multiple roles available
