Job Description
One of my Italian clients are currently looking for a freelance Commissioning Manager to assist on their existing Data Centre projects based in Milan.
Role Title: Commissioning Manager
Locations: Milan (Italy)
Contract length: Ongoing due to multiple projects.
Languages: English
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the full commissioning process from Level 1 through Level 5.
Develop and execute commissioning plans, schedules, and strategies.
Lead commissioning meetings with contractors, consultants, and client stakeholders.
Oversee the performance of integrated systems testing (IST) and ensure compliance with project and industry standards.
Track progress and maintain documentation including commissioning logs, reports, and punch lists.
Identify and mitigate risks, troubleshoot issues, and drive resolution with minimal impact to project timelines.
Ensure safety, quality assurance, and regulatory standards are met throughout the commissioning lifecycle.
