Commissioning Manager – Hyperscale Data Centres (Finland)
Location: Helsinki / Hamina / Nurmijärvi / Espoo (Rotational packages considered)
 Salary: €110,000 – €130,000 + rotation allowance & accommodation

Driven by a naturally cool climate and a stable green energy grid, Finland is now the top choice for massive AI-ready campuses. We’re searching for a Commissioning Manager on behalf of our client to take the helm of these multi-hundred megawatt projects.
 
The Impact

End-to-End Lifecycle: Lead the commissioning process from design review and specification drafting through to final operational handover.
Critical Systems Oversight: Ensure flawless performance of large-scale backup generators, liquid cooling systems, and massive-scale power distribution.
International Coordination: Work within a global delivery model, managing diverse teams on a rotation basis (e.g., 11/3 or 10/4 rotations).
HSEQ Leadership: Uphold world-class health, safety, and quality standards in Finland’s unique climate and construction environment. 
What You Bring

Hyperscale Experience: Proven experience delivering Level 4/5 commissioning on large-scale (20MW+) technical builds.
Project Controls: Skilled in generating commissioning dashboards and tracking progress against high-stakes project milestones.
Flexibility: Comfortable with international travel or relocation to Finland's growing tech hubs like
