Job Scope:
We are recruiting a proactive and committed Community Branch Manager to lead the operations of an Extra Care Scheme within a well-established care organisation. The Community Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of high-quality care, building and developing a dedicated team, and ensuring the service operates in full compliance with regulatory and contractual standards.
The Community Branch Manager will ensure staffing levels meet service demands, that care is delivered to the highest standard, and that all systems and processes are accurately maintained. Key duties include recruitment, rota coordination, quality audits, and continuous performance monitoring. The role requires a strong focus on compliance, team leadership, and service improvement. Do you have?
* Minimum Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (working towards Level 5 or willing to do so)
* Hands-on experience with CQC standards and compliance
* Background in managing or working within home care services
* Efficient, organised, and experienced manager with a passion for delivering high-quality community care
* Strong understanding of statutory and regulatory frameworks relevant to care services
* Proven ability in budget management, business operations, and commercial decision-making
* Valid driving license
