Help transform the lives of disabled children and young people by inspiring local fundraising and building a thriving volunteer community.
About you
A confident, proactive relationship-builder with experience in community fundraising and volunteer engagement. You'll be organised, creative, and able to take projects from idea to delivery. A background in the charity sector is ideal, but passion, people skills, and drive are essential.
You'll bring:
Proven success delivering fundraising and volunteer programmes
Strong project management and organisational skills
Excellent communication and networking abilities
Knowledge of (or willingness to learn) fundraising principles and regulations
Confidence using MS Office, CRM systems, and digital tools
Flexibility to work occasional evenings/weekends, plus a driving licence and vehicle access
What you'll be doing:
Lead and grow the community fundraising pipeline with schools, clubs, and local networks
Represent at public events to inspire support
Plan and deliver community-style fundraising events
Support third-party fundraising initiatives with resources and guidance
Recruit, train, and retain a diverse volunteer team
Build strong relationships with supporters to keep them engaged and valued
The rewards:
£29,000 - £37,000 per year
32 days annual leave (including bank holidays) plus birthday leave
Hybrid working (60% office, 40% home)
