Job Title: Community Engagement Partner Location: Reigate, Surrey Salary: £32,000 pro rata  Contract Type: Fixed Term - 12 months Hours: Part-time, 21 hours per week (including some evenings and weekends) Are you a confident communicator with a passion for building community connections? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Community Engagement Partner to support a care home in the Reigate area. This is a rewarding role for someone who wants to make a difference by promoting outstanding care services and creating meaningful relationships with the local community. About the Role of Community Engagement Partner: As Community Engagement Partner, you'll play a key role in connecting the care home with local professionals, organisations, families, and potential residents. You'll be responsible for increasing visibility, driving enquiries, and creating opportunities for the home to thrive at the heart of the community. You'll work closely with the home's leadership and marketing teams to promote events, deliver local outreach campaigns, and establish trusted partnerships with healthcare professionals and community groups. Key Responsibilities for the Community Engagement Partner: Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, healthcare providers, charities, schools, and volunteers. Plan and deliver community engagement events, open days, and networking sessions. Promote the home through local PR opportunities, social media, and advertising campaigns. Generate and follow up on enquiries, providing information, tours, and support to potential residents and their families. Act as a welcoming and supportive contact for families pre-admission and following respite care stays. Collaborate with activity teams to introduce new community-led entertainment and engagement opportunities. Support home teams with tools and resources to manage and convert local interest effectively. What We're Looking For in our Community Engagement Partner: Experience in community engagement and/or marketing (care or healthcare setting preferred) Strong communication and networking skills across all levels Highly organised with experience planning events or community initiatives Compassionate and approachable, with an understanding of the needs of older people Ability to communicate effectively via verbal, written and digital channels Knowledge of local networks in the Surrey/Reigate area (desirable) Why Apply?
