Are you a compassionate and driven nurse looking to have a meaningful impact on people’s lives outside of the hospital setting? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Community Nurse to join a leading private healthcare provider in East Sussex.

As a Community Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care across the local community. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing direct nursing care in patients' homes
Collaborating with families to develop tailored care plans
Coordinating with other healthcare professionals for optimal outcomes
Managing and prioritising your own caseload
Ensuring meticulous record-keeping and complianceWhat You’ll Need:
Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with valid NMC pin
IV therapy competency
Full UK driving licence
Community nursing experience is beneficial but not essentialThis Role Could Suit:
Staff Nurses, Home Care Nurses, District Nurses, or anyone with experience in adult community healthcare who’s looking to transition into a rewarding community-focused role.
