Job Description
Tripod is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Band 5 Community Nurse to join a supportive team providing high-quality care within the Salisbury area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about community nursing and making a direct impact in the local population’s health and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes and community settings.

Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalised care plans.

Monitor patient progress and escalate concerns appropriately.
*
Administer medication and manage wound care.
*
Support hospital discharge and prevent unnecessary admissions.
Requirements:

NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (Adult).
*
Previous community nursing experience is desirable but not essential.
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*
A full UK driving licence and access to a car for work purposes.
Location: Salisbury
Pay Rate: £20.45 per hour
