Job Description
Community Psychiatric Nurse – Adult Team – NHS – Oxford/Banbury
Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Community Psychiatric Nurse to join the Adult Mental Health Team within the NHS, covering Oxford and Banbury.
Contract Length: Initially 3 months, with potential for extension
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
Location: Community-based role across Oxford and BanburyKey Responsibilities:
Provide mental health support to adults in the community
Conduct assessments and develop care plans
Administer medication and monitor patient progress
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and external agenciesRequirements:
Experience in adult community mental health nursing
NMC registration
