Job Description
Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) – Hull NHS Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Community Psychiatric Nurse to join an NHS team based in Hull. This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, offering a competitive rate and the opportunity to make a real impact in mental health services.
Pay Details
£26/hour (Umbrella)
£20.68/hour (PAYE, excluding holiday pay)Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and risk evaluations
Develop, implement, and review care plans tailored to individual needs
Provide crisis intervention and support to service users and their families
Administer medication and monitor treatment adherence
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including social workers, GPs, and support staff
Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation
Support discharge planning and community reintegrationRequirements
NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
Previous experience working in community mental health settings
Strong communication and organisational skills
