Buttons Recruitment are looking for Community Support Workers to join our clients full time team on a permanent basis, supporting people with learning disabilities to live, laugh, and thrive.
What you’ll do:
* Be the daily dose of kindness, encouragement, and patience that makes someone’s world better.
* Support people to reach their goals (big or small — from cooking up a storm to conquering karaoke night).
* Work as part of a supportive team that listens and laughs together.
* Occasionally sleep on the job (yes, really — we call them sleep-ins – paid at a flat rate).
What you’ll need:
* A minimum of Level 2 in Health & Social Care (because you’ve got the skills and the heart).Or hold the Care Certificate.
* A full UK driving licence and access to a car — adventures and appointments await!
* A big heart, a sense of humour, and a can-do attitude.
* Experience in care or support (official badges welcome, but passion’s the real qualification).
* A love for teamwork, community spirit, and cups of tea.
* An Enhanced Adult and Child DBS check – fully paid for by the client
