Job Title: Compensation Manager
💷 Salary: Up to £75,000

🔑 Key Responsibilities
Support the Head of Total Rewards in delivering a competitive compensation strategy
Develop and embed a compensation framework, including philosophy, job architecture, and salary ranges
Manage annual compensation planning, bonus processes, and salary benchmarking
Conduct pay equity analysis and ensure compliance with UK & EU regulations (including Pay Transparency Directive)
Oversee participation in external compensation surveys and analyse results to inform strategy
Develop dashboards and reporting for data-driven insights
Line manage and develop a newly created analyst role
Collaborate with HR teams on compensation policies and processes
Maintain accurate compensation data in the payroll/HR system
🙌 Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience in a Total Rewards / Compensation Manager role
Experience in line management
Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency
Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies and compensation surveys
Familiarity with HR/payroll systems (Workday experience a plus)
Knowledge of EU Pay Transparency Directive
Experience in growing or evolving Total Rewards functions; industry experience a bonus
Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results
