Your new role
As a Complaints Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the team by accurately inputting complaint data into an internal database. This is a vital function that helps the organisation track, manage, and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Key responsibilities:
Logging and updating complaint records in our internal systems
Ensuring data accuracy and consistency across platforms
Liaising with internal teams to verify complaint details
Supporting reporting and compliance effortsWhat you'll need to succeed
Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills and a professional attitude
Previous admin experience, ideally within financial services or similar What you'll get in return
Full-time hours (Monday to Friday)
Hybrid working: split between Liverpool city centre office and remote work
