We are currently working with a local authority in Nottinghamshire, who are looking for a Complaints Officer to join their team on a temporary basis. This role is important to maintain accurate and compliant tenant records across their systems.
Role title: Complaints Officer
Location: Nottinghamshire
Contract: 3 months
Hourly Rate: £18 - £20hr
Working Hours: Full Time
Key Responsibilities of a Complaints Officer:
• Identify and resolve data gaps in tenant information using a range of methods.
• Visit tenants at their homes to gather and verify data (in line with lone working policies).
• Create and manage surveys using Microsoft Office and web-based tools.
• Ensure all data collection complies with GDPR and data minimisation principles.
What we're looking for:
• Experience working with data collection, management, or administration.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage sensitively with tenants.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using online forms.
• A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential for home visits).
