About the Role:
As a key member of the Customer Insight, Information & Investigations team, you will play a vital role in improving the quality and effectiveness of our customer responses. You will be responsible for managing a diverse range of complaints and inquiries, ensuring that responses are timely, accurate, and uphold the principles of fairness and honesty.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle corporate and statutory complaints with sensitivity and professionalism.
Research and oversee responses to complaints, Ombudsman inquiries, and Freedom of Information requests.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure high-quality customer engagement throughout the complaint journey.
Document lessons learned from complaints to promote continuous improvement within the team.
Provide structured and transparent decision-making, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.What We're Looking For:
A confident communicator with experience in handling complaints and inquiries.
Strong organisational skills to prioritise and manage a varied caseload effectively.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Familiarity with Freedom of Information Act, Data Protection Act, and other relevant legislation.
A commitment to the values of fairness, honesty, and continuous improvement.Qualifications and experience:
5 GCSEs (grade C or above) or equivalent.
Relevant experience in customer service or a related qualification.
