Job Description

An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Complaints Team Leader to join a growing business and lead a team dedicated to delivering fair outcomes and exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you’ll: * Oversee the full complaints handling process in line with FCA and company standards. * Lead, support, and develop a team of complaint officers (including an overseas function). * Deliver training and maintain quality across all customer contact channels. * Identify root causes and drive continuous improvement through reporting and analysis. * Liaise with senior management and The Financial Ombudsman Service. We’re looking for someone with strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for resolving customer issues the right way
