Complex Care Nurse

South Yorkshire

£45,000 per annum

We are currently offering an exciting opportunity for dedicated and compassionate Community Nurses to join our growing team, delivering high-quality care within home settings.

About the Role

As a Community Nurse, you will manage a caseload of both adult and paediatric clients, providing day-to-day clinical care and ensuring the highest standards of person-centred support. The role will cover packages across Yorkshire.

Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and managing care plans

Maintaining MAR charts

Conducting clinical audits

Delivering competency training and sign-off for care teams

Supporting clients with complex clinical needs in their own homes

Clinical Skills & Experience

Ideally, you will have an ICU background and be confident in:

  * Airway management

  * Bowel management

  * Enteral feeding

  * Epilepsy management

  * Diabetes care

Requirements

  * Full UK driving licence (Essential)

  * Minimum 6 months’ experience in a community setting (Essential)

  * Full flexibility to meet service needs (Essential)
