We are currently seeking an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) in the Oldham area who is confident in providing ventilation and cough assist care.
About the Role
As part of our nurse-led team, you will be delivering specialist clinical care to an individual with complex respiratory needs, working in their own home as part of a small, dedicated care team. This is a homecare role — allowing you to build strong, supportive relationships with your patient and their family.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver safe and effective ventilation and cough assist care
*
Administer medication and monitor the client’s health and wellbeing
*
Follow a personalised care plan developed in collaboration with our clinical team
*
Monitor and respond to any changes in the client’s condition, escalating where necessary
*
Maintain accurate care records in line with CQC and company standards
*
Work in partnership with family members and other healthcare professionals
*
Promote independence, dignity, and quality of life for the client
What We’re Looking For
*
Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN
*
Proven experience in complex care settings
*
Trained and competent in ventilation and cough assist
*
Right to work in the UK
*
Compassionate, patient, and committed to providing the highest standard of care
