Are you a compassionate, dedicated individual who wants to make a real difference in people’s lives? We are looking for Complex Care Support Workers to join our growing team and provide high-quality care and support to clients with a variety of complex health needs in their own homes.
What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting individuals with complex needs such as spinal injuries, brain injuries, PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, ventilator support, or other specialist requirements
* Assisting with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities
* Delivering care in line with personalised care plans and clinical training
* Promoting independence, dignity, and a better quality of life for our clients
* Working closely with families, healthcare professionals, and your team
What we’re looking for:
✔ Previous care experience (complex care, but refresher training will be provided)
✔ A caring, patient, and reliable nature
✔ Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
✔ Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
✔ A valid UK driving licence is desirable but not essential
