Complex Care Specialist – Guildford, Surrey

£14.00 – £15.00 per hour
Full-time | Part-time | Permanent

Are you an experienced carer looking for consistent shifts and long-term stability?

Unicare Complex Care Specialist is recruiting a Complex Care Specialist to support children and adults in Guildford and surrounding Surrey areas with autism, learning disabilities, complex mental health, and long-term health needs.

You will deliver person-centred care in the community, promote independence, and build strong relationships with clients and families.

Requirements:

  * 

    Minimum 6 months’ UK care experience

  * 

    Experience in autism, LD, or mental health

  * 

    Full UK driving licence (preferred)

  * 

    Available Monday–Sunday, including weekends
