Infermiera Group is seeking a compassionate and experienced Complex Care Worker to support a young girl with complex medical needs in the comfort of her own home.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing safe, attentive, and empathetic care in a home environment
*
Supporting medical needs with confidence and competence
*
Working in partnership with family members and clinical teams
*
Promoting a positive and stimulating daily routine for the child
Essential Training & Skills:
✅ Experience working in complex care, ideally with children
✅ Trained and confident in using:
*
C-PAP
*
BiPAP
*
NG Tube Feeding
*
Oxygen Therapy
*
Suction Equipment
✅ Excellent communication and record-keeping skills
✅ Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
✅ Right to work in the UK
