Are you an experienced Complex Care Carer?

Are you a dedicated, no-nonsense carer with experience in complex bowel management? Do you have knowledge of spinal cord injury care, especially with Autonomic Dysreflexia (AD)?
We are looking for a tough-skinned, patient, and hard-working carer to join a small, tight-knit team supporting a private client with high level care needs.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Complex bowel management (essential)
* Understanding and managing Autonomic Dysreflexia (AD)
* Assisting with personal care and daily routines
* Working alongside an experienced, committed team
* Providing consistency, compassion, and calm under pressure
Requirements:
* Proven experience in complex care, particularly spinal care
* Bowel care expertise is essential
* Self-employed with up-to-date insurance and DBS
* Reliable, team-focused, and physically and emotionally resilient
* Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
* Training Certificates
