Complex Needs Teacher – Sutton
Salary: £150 – £220 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-time | Long-term
GSL Education is looking for a skilled Complex Needs Teacher to work in a special school in Sutton, supporting pupils with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) and complex medical needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet individual learning goals.
Work alongside support staff to deliver high-quality care and education.
Implement creative strategies to engage pupils in learning.
Maintain high standards of safeguarding and pupil well-being.
Requirements:
QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
Previous experience with PMLD or complex needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
