Complex Needs Teacher - MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance - Starting ASAP or January 2026 - Based in an SEN School - Wandsworth, South West London
* Complex Needs Teacher based in Wandsworth
* Complex Needs Teacher to teach in either KS3 or KS4
* Complex Needs Teacher based in an All Through SEN School
* Must have SEN teaching experience

The Role - Complex Needs Teacher
In this Complex Needs Teacher position you will be required to either teach students in KS3 or KS4. These students are working on Pre Key Stage Levels and there are around 6-10 students each class, the needs and levels of ability in each class can vary. You will be supported by a minimum of 2 additional TAs that will support you in the classroom as well as keeping the students engaged throughout the day. As a Complex Needs Teacher, you must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, strong behaviour and classroom management and preferably have experience teaching in an SEN based environment.

Based in the South West of London, specifically in Wandsworth, this SEN School caters for students with a wide range of complex needs that are aged between 4-16 years.
