The Role – Complex Needs Teaching Assistant
This Complex Needs TA role requires an experienced support staff member to work in a specialist SEN school in Camden. You will be supporting students aged 7–16 with complex learning needs including autism, SLD, and PMLD. The role includes assisting with personal care, implementing sensory strategies, and using communication tools such as Makaton, PECS or AAC devices. The ideal candidate will be confident, adaptable, and a strong team player. You will work alongside class teachers and therapists to ensure pupils' needs are met holistically.
