About the Role
We are seeking an outstanding Complex SEN Tutor to work 1:1 with learners who present a wide range of needs including (but not limited to):
Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
ADHD
Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA)
Severe learning difficulties
Speech, language and communication needs
Sensory processing differences
Emotional and behavioural regulation challenges
Trauma-related needs
Essential Requirements
Proven experience working with children or young people with complex and multiple SEN.
Deep understanding of neurodiversity, alternative communication methods, and trauma-informed practice.
Able to work independently and flexibly, often outside traditional classroom structures.
Resilience, patience, and creativity - with a problem-solving mindset.
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
Relevant qualifications in education, psychology, therapy or SEN (desirable but not essential - experience is key).
