HOURS: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a Compliance Administrator with a background in quality or compliance. An exciting temporary opportunity to join the team where you will be focused on streamlining the SOPs.
The Opportunity:
An excellent opportunity to join a busy team in a charity organisation, the ideal candidate will be meticulous with a high level of accuracy required when handling critical operational procedures.
Role profile:
* Take ownership of formatting visual layout of SOP’s, transforming to user-friendly style
* Ensuring strict adherence to operational procedures
* Documentations will primarily be in Word
* Develop and embed clear, concise flowcharts and process maps
* Manage complexity varied documents
Person profile:
* Technical documentation skills
* Strong MS Office skills, particularly Word and Excel
* Experience of Canva for visual design
* Pharmaceutical or quality background would be desirable
* Time management with excellent attention to detail
