Job Description
Compliance Administrator (3‑Month Contract)
Location: Great Yarmouth
Working Pattern: 3 days per week in the office
Rate: £18–£20 per hour (PAYE)
We’re looking for an organised, detail-focused Compliance Administrator to support a busy housing compliance team on a 3‑month assignment. If you’re comfortable keeping information moving, managing documentation, and staying on top of ever‑changing data, you’ll fit in well.
What you’ll be doing
* Managing and maintaining compliance documentation
* Updating and monitoring data across multiple systems
* Keeping a live spreadsheet accurate as new information comes in
* Taking clear, structured minutes for internal meetings
* Supporting the team with general compliance admin as needed
* Preparing for the rollout of NEC / Northgate (experience helpful but not essential)
What we’re looking for
* Strong administrative experience, ideally within housing or compliance
* Confident working with spreadsheets and large volumes of data
* Someone who can stay calm, organised, and accurate when things change quickly
* A clear communicator who can take reliable minutes
